what skintuitively is
Skintuitively provides general beauty and skincare suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The routines, product recommendations, articles, and messages you receive from skintuitively are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dermatologist, or other licensed healthcare provider. No doctor-patient or professional-client relationship is created by your use of the app or its content.
your responsibility (assumption of risk)
Skincare results vary from person to person, and any product can cause an allergic reaction, irritation, or other adverse effects. By using skintuitively, you agree to:
- Patch test every new product on a small area of skin for 24–48 hours before regular use.
- Read the manufacturer's ingredient labels and warnings for allergens and cautions.
- Consult your doctor or dermatologist before starting any new product — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have been diagnosed with a skin condition, or are using prescription treatments (including retinoids or acne medication).
- Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience any irritation, rash, burning, or other reaction.
You assume all risk arising from your use of any product recommended, mentioned, or linked through skintuitively.
third-party products
Skintuitively does not manufacture, sell, ship, or warrant any product. All products referenced in the app are made and sold by third parties (manufacturers and Amazon). Product safety, quality, ingredients, labeling, packaging, and claims are the sole responsibility of those third parties. My recommendations are opinions based on publicly available information and personal experience.
no warranties
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will produce a particular result.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, skintuitively and its operators, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reaction, skin damage, or loss of profits — arising out of or related to your use of the app or any product recommended through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
affiliate disclosure
Product links in the app are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
